1. To Enter: Download an OFFICIAL WALK THE VOTE! - WALKERS' CHOICE AWARDS TM BALLOT
available at www.thegrawn.com/walkerschoice.html or visit participating galleries to receive an official ballot. Entries
must be received by 10pm each Downtown Los Angeles ART WALK by hand delivery of the Official Voting Ballot to
the Official Voting Ballot Box.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected, entries or entries not received by the
deadline date.
2. Prize Winner: The winner will be determined and the prize awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible
entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of the eligible entries received.
3. Notification: The winner will be notified by email and will be asked to execute and return an Affidavit of
Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance form within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification. Non-
compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Return of
any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or a prize unclaimed within thirty (30) days of notification will result in
disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. Description of Prize and Approximate Retail Values: One winner will win two tickets to the Downtown Los Angeles
Independent Theater. The retail value of the tickets are $30. Any additional costs and expenses incurred and not
specifically included in the prize, including taxes, shipping charges, and/or other incidental expenses, are the sole
responsibility of the winner. Other restrictions may apply.
5. Eligibility: Open only to residents of the continental United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at
the time of entry. Employees of TheGRAWN and its affiliates, and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors,
officers and agents, and their immediate families or those living in the same household, are ineligible to enter. Void
where prohibited by law. All entries not meeting the foregoing requirements are void. TheGRAWN shall not have
any obligation or responsibility with regard to entries that contain inaccurate information, do not comply with
contest rules, or which are lost, late, incomplete, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or otherwise not received by
TheGRAWN, in whole or in part; or for technical error of any kind; for telephonic, electronic, hardware, software,
network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
6. General Conditions: WALK THE VOTE! - WALKERS' CHOICE AWARDS contest subject to federal, state and
local laws and regulations. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. No transfer, substitution
or cash redemption of prize permitted by winner and no more than the listed prize(s) will be awarded. Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize(s) is unavailable. Acceptance of prize
constitutes permission to use winners’ names, photographs and likenesses, for purposes of advertising and
promotion without additional compensation, and for disclosing name of winner on the website and/or by mail,
unless prohibited by law.
7. All entries become the property of sponsor and will not be returned. Winners agree that the sponsor, its
subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses of any
kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize. By participating in this enter-to-win, entrants agree
to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges which are final in all respects.
