DTLA Condo Buys – April 2017

There were 35 condo sales in downtown in April totaling $24,139,150 in sales. The biggest sale of the month was in SOUTH PARK at the Ritz-Carlton L.A. Live where a 2 Bed, 2.5 Bath with 1,840 Sqft sold for $2,015,000. It was originally listed on 4/01/2016 at $2,300,000.

The lowest sale of the month was the 482 Sqft 1 Bedroom 1 Bath at the Bunker Hill tower which sold for $352,000. Who says Downtown real estate is unaffordable!!

SOUTH PARK led off with 14 sales totaling $12,399,000 with the highest sale being the 2 bedroom, 2 bath in the Ritz-Carlton.

After South Park, the HISTORIC CORE had 5 sales totaling $3,194,000 with the highest sale a 1,172 sqft. 1 and 1 in the East Columbia Lofts which sold on 4/12 for 1.5 Million.

There were also 5 sales in LITTLE TOKYO totaling $2,243,500 with the highest sale being an 836 square foot 1 bedroom 1 bath at 222 S. Central Avenue which went for $525,000.

In the ARTS DISTRICT, there were a total of 4 sales for $2,448,000 with the highest sale being a 2 and 2 in the MURA building which went for the lucky $777,000.

The FASHION DISTRICT had 3 sales totaling $1,854,000. The highest sale was a 2 and 2 in the Historic Textile building at $880,000.

The JEWELRY DISTRICT also had 2 sales totaling $837,000 with the largest sale being a 1 and 1 at the Bartlett lofts going for $425,000.

In BUNKER HILL, there were 2 sales for the month totaling $734,000. The highest sale was a studio in the Bunker Hill Tower for $380,000.

ARTS DISTRICT

The highest sale of April in the Arts district was a 2 and 2 in the MURA building which sold for $777,000 on April 26th.
